John Kersting is the Network Athletic Director for Valor Education.  Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Kersting served as assistant athletic director, varsity boys basketball coach, and head of the drama program at Glendale Prep from 2009- 2014, and athletic director at Great Hearts Northern Oaks in San Antonio, Texas. 

In addition to supporting the campus athletic directors and overseeing athletics for all Valor schools, Mr. Kersting also serves on the Austin Valor Institute team which plans and hosts a myriad of faculty life events. 

Mr. Kersting is a graduate of the University of Dallas where he played NCAA baseball and studied acting and directing.
