Please ensure you have uploaded your student's CURRENT immunization record to the SchoolAxis Parent Portal by Thursday, September 14. Students with records not in compliance with the guidelines provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services will be excluded from school beginning Friday, September 15, 2023, until they have received the required immunizations and/or provided the necessary paperwork. Parents may expect to be notified if their children's immunizations are delinquent.
