General Schedule:

• Upper School Presentation: 9:00 a.m.

• Lower School Presentation: 10:30 a.m.

Coffee and pastries will be served at both presentations.

**Grandparents with grandchildren in upper and lower schools are invited to arrive after 8:30 and stay through lower School classroom visits and performances.

Upper School grandparents (6th-12th grades)

• Arrive after 8:30 a.m.

• Park in the Main Lot or on Foremost Drive.

• When facing the school’s front door, please check in at the main staircase. Then, go down the exterior stairs to enter through the cafeteria doors for your brunch (grandchildren will meet you inside).

• Upper school presentation ends at 10 a.m.

Lower School grandparents (K-5th grades)

• Arrive between 10:00 a.m.and 10:30 a.m.

• Park in the Main Lot or on Foremost Drive.

• When facing the front door of the school, please check in at the main staircase and enjoy some refreshments in the Main lot until the program begins at 10:30 a.m.

• Event ends at 11:50 a.m.

We know some of you may want to take your grandchildren with you when you leave for the day. When you check in, please indicate to the volunteer that you’re taking students early. If you are taking home an upper school grandchild after the class visits please head to the front office to pick them up and check them out.
